QSS Partners With Neighbouring Highschools For Student Symposium 

altOn April 18th, QSS is proud to host and partner with neighbouring highschools, a District-Wide Student Symposium.  Sessions will include a wide variety of current hot topics that are relevant to our students on a daily basis.

Also, all parents are invited to an exciting evening presentation on Cyberbulling by specialist in the field, Bill Belsey.  Bill Belsey is the President of Bullying.org.  He is the creator of www.cyberbullying.org , the world’s first website about the issue of cyberbullying.

To learn more about this exciting night of family learning happening at QSS on April 17th from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m.

QSS students in France, remember fallen heroes...

"Connor Mackay, of Belleville, was one of the students chosen to participate in the wreath-laying ceremony with Canadian dignitaries, and the 16-year-old Quinte Secondary School student said it’s something he’ll always remember."

Charlotte Lees (picture not avaliable) says, “I come from a military background and I think it’s a great for Canadian students to learn about it (First World War) in class you sit and learn about it, but we actually get to see where they’ve (soldiers) been,” she said.

“I feel very honoured being here and experience and finding out more about the site’s past.”
