PECI holds an annual fashion show every year in the month of May.This is a chance for staff and students to see current fashion trends, or even have the opportunity to become a model. Fashions include:

The fashion show is hosted and organized by the ENT (entreprenureship) class, where numerous local businesses get involved from the Prince Edward County and Quinte area. Students have the chance to buy their way out of periods 3 and 4, and tickets are also sold for the evening show where anyone can come watch fashion in Prince Edward County.
