Every other year, the International Languages Department organizes an overseas trip. In March 2010, (March 14 to March 23), students will travel to France, and Spain.
This trip will include Versailles, Paris, the Loire Valley and its famous castles, Barcelona and Madrid. ¡Olé!
3 Month Exchange
In February 2010, Audrey Laliberté will spend 3 months in France. We wish her all the best.
Tell Me More Online Eduacation (TMM ®)
PECI is gradually incorporating this sophisticated, interactive software programme into some of our second language programmes.
Through different types of activities: dialogues, videos, word games, etc... Students will be exposed to the essential skills needed to communicate: listening, speaking, reading and writing.
Many of the activities are designed to encourage the second language learner by providing them with a choice of level of difficulty.
Students will be able to access this programme from almost any computer with an internet connection. A high speed connection is preferred, headphones would be useful in a shared environment, and a microphone will be necessary for the speaking activities.
