KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION
FOR SEPTEMBER 2012
We are very excited that Prince Charles offers a full day, every day kindergarten program.
Starting school is an exciting time for young children and their families. We are here to help make registration as simple as possible, so that on the first day of school, all you have to do is bring your child!
For students wishing to register for Junior Kindergarten (child must be born in 2008) or Senior Kindergarten (child must be born in 2007), please contact the school anytime and bring with you:
Written proof of the child’s date of birth - acceptable pieces of identification include a birth certificate, or passport as confirmation of the correct date and correct spelling of name.
Verification of your home address may be also be required.
Immunization information from your family doctor or the Health Unit.
Precise information about the home location and legal custody orders (if necessary).
If your child is currently in Junior Kindergarten, you do not have to register again for Senior Kindergarten. Registration at this time is necessary to determine our staffing requirement for September 2012.
