In addition, the International Student Program contributes to a diverse setting for all students. Strong academic achievement is a focus at CSS and we provide valuable opportunities for students to improve and further develop literacy and numeracy skills. HELP CENTENNIAL SEND A GIRL TO HIGH SCHOOL IN KENYA!

Recently, eight students and three teachers went on a ‘voluntour’ to Kenya. They helped to start the construction on the fifth school building at Kisaruni Girls High School and experienced many of the challenges and events that happen every day in Kenyan communities. With everything that they saw and did throughout this trip, they have decided that they would like to sponsor a girl through four years of high school. The cost for one year of high school is $2500, and many families cannot afford to send their children to school. Before the end of this 2012 school year, it is Centennial’s goal to raise money to go towards this cause. Help give the gift of education! Look for advertisements around the school to learn how you can participate and donate!

The Centennial Arts Department is proud to announce that we will be staging a production of SHERLOCK HOLMES in the 2012-2013 school year.This is a non-musical dramatic production with a large cast and an exciting storyline. Stay tuned for further details.
